On Tuesday we made the trek up to Dacula (just outside of Lawrenceville, GA, about an hour away) so that Grammie could pick up her car from the repair shop up there. Although we had a very full docket during the week beginning Monday the 5th, I managed not to take a single picture! I can’t believe that! We had a return to our old Nana-Wednesdays, complete with golf cart rides, an adventure to a little nearby park, playing in a new wiggly sprinkler, and meeting the world’s cutest puppy which chased the girls into fits of hysterical giggles. Nana and Papa recently moved to Dallas (GA), and with Nana’s telecommuting schedule it has worked out well for us to head out for visits on Wednesdays. I generally like to get up, get the girls dressed/fed and then hit the road early since the drive is right at an hour long. My plan for a speedy departure on this particular Wednesday was a little stymied, however, by one extremely independent baby and one exceptionally annoying kitten! Read the rest of this entry »
